Responsibilities
Plan, build, and execute email campaigns using Mailchimp and Salesforce
Manage audience segmentation and ensure highly targeted communication
Track and optimize performance (open rates, CTR, conversions)
Ensure full compliance with U.S. email regulations (CAN-SPAM and related laws)
Maintain data hygiene, opt-in/opt-out flows, and unsubscribe processes
Collaborate with marketing and sales stakeholders to align campaigns with business goals
Solid understanding of U.S. email compliance laws (CAN-SPAM is mandatory)
Experience working with U.S.-based audiences or companies
Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize accordingly
High attention to detail (especially compliance, segmentation, and data accuracy)
Ability to work independently and deliver quickly
Experience with email automation journeys / lifecycle campaigns (Nice-to-Have)
Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks (Nice-to-Have)
Experience integrating email tools with other marketing systems (Nice-to-Have)
Background working in fast-paced or startup environments (Nice-to-Have)
Exposure to B2B or SaaS marketing (Nice-to-Have)
