Responsibilities
Ensure alignment between the institutional strategy and program and project portfolios, supporting the definition and execution of planning, management and governance routines;
Act as a partner to teams, supporting ideation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure of programs and projects, applying management methodologies (traditional, agile and hybrid);
Monitor results, risks and changes at strategic, tactical and operational levels, proposing course corrections based on descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analyses;
Support the evolution of management systems and processes, contributing analyses and improvement suggestions based on maturity assessments and performance indicators;
Contribute to the development of organizational competencies in project and program management through training, mentoring and structured exchanges with teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy Management, Information Systems or related fields;
Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Strategic Management, Data Science or related areas;
English (proficient reading of technical documents);
Knowledge of strategic planning and context analysis: stakeholders, PESTEL, SWOT, value chain, theory of change, problem tree, Balanced Scorecard (BSC), etc.;
Program and project management using hybrid, prescriptive (e.g., PMBOK 8, PRINCE2) and adaptive (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe) methodologies;
Monitoring and evaluation of metrics and indicators: OKRs, KPIs, strategic outcomes;
Data analysis applied to management: use of advanced Excel, Power BI and Power Query to generate insights and support decision-making;
Experience with data collection and processing tools such as Microsoft Forms, PowerApps, among others.
