Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing **multi-touch marketing programs** (events + digital)
Support **event organization** (venue sourcing, logistics, vendor coordination)
Help drive **event attendance and engagement** through campaign support
Contribute to **post-event follow-ups and lead nurturing campaigns**
Track campaign performance and assist with **reporting and analysis**
Collaborate with sales and internal stakeholders to support local initiatives
Take ownership of **smaller projects or event components** over time
Support administrative processes (contracts, materials, coordination)
Requirements
Are enrolled in or pursuing a **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing/Business**
Have initial exposure (internship or academic projects) in **marketing or events**
Are highly organized with strong project coordination skills
Show curiosity, ownership mindset, and willingness to grow
Have good communication and stakeholder management skills
Are comfortable using marketing tools (bonus: **HubSpot, Marketo, webinar tools**)
