About the role

  • Rebates Analyst at iNova overseeing rebate payments and financial analysis in Consumer Health. Collaborating with Sales and Finance to ensure accurate reporting and effective financial management.

Responsibilities

  • Administer all rebate payments to iNova customers
  • Calculate and validate rebate amounts
  • Coordinate credits and payments
  • Secure required approvals
  • Prepare management-level summary reports and contract-based reconciliations
  • Support audit activities related to rebates
  • Oversee submission of various monthly, quarterly, and annual usage reports
  • Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly trade spend accruals (Product Placement, Co-op, Rebates)
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Accounting to ensure accurate trade spend reporting
  • Review and validate data integrity across internal and external systems (SAP, wholesaler reports)

Requirements

  • Accounting degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years in financial analysis and Trade Spend/Rebates Management in Consumer Health or FMCG
  • Strong technical skills: Intermediate–Advanced Excel, MS Office applications, SAP (essential) and SAP BI (desirable)
  • Strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and disciplined task completion with strict adherence to deadlines
  • Proven collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders; effective written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrates initiative, professionalism, integrity, and a self-starter, can-do attitude suited for fast-paced environments; strong team player with enthusiasm and follow-through
