- Expertise in observability (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, Kibana, Dynatrace, Datadog or similar).
- Experience with load testing (k6, JMeter, Gatling).
- Ability to review and optimize code (Java).
- Definition of SLIs/SLOs and performance metrics.
