About the role

• Operational support in data portfolio evolution at Inmetrics. Involves assisting with product lifecycle and roadmap tasks while ensuring documentation is up-to-date.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap Support: Assist the Product Owner (PO) in writing user stories, requirements documentation, and testing new features.
• Process follow-up with Billing and Operations: Conduct regular rituals/meetings with areas to understand gaps and identify action plans.
• Metrics Monitoring: Extract usage and product performance reports to support decision-making.
• Documentation: Keep product manuals and support materials for Sales and Customer Success teams up to date.

Requirements

• Previous experience preferred (internship or junior level) in Product, Data, or Analytical Marketing.
• Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn about the data and technology ecosystem.
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to synthesize information.
