About the role

  • Senior vendor/contract manager driving contract ownership, compliance, and performance across technology landscape at ING. Shaping future of technology strategy and vendor collaboration within a collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic ownership and governance of global technology contracts
  • Establish internal governance cadence and ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Monitor contract performance and drive volume optimization and cost avoidance
  • Engage with CIOs to proactively manage risks and resolve escalations
  • Oversee legacy system decommissioning and rollout of target solutions
  • Collaborate with Tier 1 vendors and strategic partners to enhance supplier strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT Management, Information Systems, Law, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years in IT strategy, vendor and/or contract management
  • Proven track record in cross-functional contract governance initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and strategic/analytical thinking
  • Experience with global IT contracts and supplier collaboration
  • Ability to drive change and align technology with business strategy
