About the role

  • Project Manager leading software implementation for clients in community organizations. Managing multiple projects with strong stakeholder engagement in a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the delivery of multiple concurrent projects from kick-off to go-live.
  • Take ownership of schedules: manage timelines, resources, and dependencies.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships: engage clients and partners.
  • Communicate progress: provide regular updates to all stakeholders.
  • Navigate change: respond to shifting priorities and resource constraints.
  • Maintain clear documentation: keep project plans and status reports updated.
  • Solve challenges proactively: identify risks early and keep delivery on track.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple software implementation projects in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong grasp of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
  • Clear and effective communication.
  • A history of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience in the not-for-profit or community services sector is highly regarded.
