About the role
- Senior Process Consultant driving process optimization for clients, especially in Aviation sector. Leading workshops, defining playbooks, and handling project management tasks in a new consulting unit.
Responsibilities
- You lead process analyses, optimization initiatives and best-practice projects for our clients – especially within our Aviation business unit.
- You plan, moderate and independently run client workshops, develop To-Be designs and readiness assessments.
- You define playbooks for our new consulting unit.
- You support change management activities, develop training and enablement concepts and thereby drive user adoption of our software solutions.
- In addition, you take on project management tasks in selected complex client projects.
- You actively network with our clients and acquire new projects from existing customers.
- You report directly to our VP Business Development in our central business unit.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience in management or process consulting, as an in-house consultant or in comparable roles (e.g., internal transformation, Operational Excellence)
- Strong expertise in process analysis, process modeling and process optimization (e.g., BPMN, end-to-end process design)
- Experience conducting and moderating cross-functional workshops as well as professional stakeholder management at management level
- Experience in enterprise software projects, ideally with complex implementations as well as data-driven or AI-based solutions
- Strong and proactive customer orientation, excellent communication skills and the ability to challenge clients constructively
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally and fluent German and English skills (at least C1 level)
- Industry knowledge in Aviation (ground handling) or related industries
