Responsibilities
You act as a subject-matter consultant in a self-organized, agile, cross-functional team and actively contribute to the ongoing development of our working methods in both project and product environments.
You advise our clients on designing complex, time-critical processes at vehicle terminals to be efficient and cost-effective.
You are responsible for analyzing processes and requirements.
You create detailed specifications.
You develop test plans.
You conduct user training sessions.
You support system deployments as well as continuous releases.
You build bridges between customer requirements, project implementation, and product design.
You use our standard product effectively.
You actively contribute to its further development.
Requirements
At least five years of experience in technical consulting for IT software projects — ideally in the logistics sector
Strong understanding of software development processes
Practical experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and strong self-organization
Enjoy working with clients
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
High level of commitment, a strong sense of responsibility, and a pragmatic, hands-on mentality
Very good German and English skills (at least C1)
