Responsibilities
- Fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung mehrerer Softwareentwicklungsteams mit hoher Eigenverantwortung.
- Enge, partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklungsleitung zur aktiven Mitgestaltung der nächsten Phase unserer technologischen Transformation.
- Gesamtverantwortung für komplexe Entwicklungsinitiativen – von Architekturentscheidungen bis zur Umsetzung skalierbarer, cloudbasierter Systeme.
- Weiterentwicklung unserer Softwareentwicklungsprozesse und Etablierung von AI-gestütztem Coding als festen Bestandteil des Entwickleralltags.
- Coaching und Sparring der Entwickler*innen sowie Förderung einer offenen, agilen und feedbackorientierten Arbeitsweise.
- Weiterentwicklung von agiler Delivery, klarer Priorisierung und verlässlicher Planung.
- Sicherstellen sauberer Schnittstellen zwischen Produktmanagement, Architektur und Betrieb.
- Möglichkeit, Verantwortung schrittweise auszubauen und sich perspektivisch in Richtung technischer und organisatorischer Führung weiterzuentwickeln.
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Enterprise-Software, idealerweise in technologiegetriebenen Umfeldern (Startup, Scale-up oder Mittelstand).
- Fundierte praktische Erfahrung in agiler Softwareentwicklung (z. B. Scrum, Kanban).
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Erfahrung im Aufbau und Betrieb cloudbasierter SaaS-Lösungen, idealerweise mit AWS.
- Sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse in Java sowie Erfahrung in der Frontend-Entwicklung.
- Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Softwareentwicklungsteams.
- Klare, adressatengerechte Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe – gegenüber Entwickler*innen, Management und Stakeholdern.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1 Niveau).
