About the role
- IT Demand Manager engaging with IT requirements and project management. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners at infodas, a leader in cybersecurity and IT.
Responsibilities
- Capturing, assessing and supporting IT requirements from the business units
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Planning, controlling and coordinating technical projects (resources, budgets, timelines)
- Close collaboration with our internal IT teams, external partners and vendors
- Ensuring quality, transparency and traceability in the demand and project management process
- Monitoring project progress, reporting to stakeholders and managing escalations
- Promoting standardization and process optimization across the demand and project portfolio
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or comparable technical training with several years of relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience in demand management and/or IT project coordination
- Strong technical understanding; ideally with experience in infrastructure or application projects
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (traditional/waterfall and agile)
- Analytical thinker, structured, independent and a true team player
- Excellent German and good English skills
