About the role

  • IT Consultant contributing expertise to pivotal projects in military and governmental sectors. Engaging in the development and presentation of IT architectures and quality assurance in complex IT projects.

Responsibilities

  • As an IT Consultant, you contribute your experience and expertise to forward-looking projects.
  • You help implement exciting, security-critical tasks in military and governmental environments.
  • You have the opportunity to participate in creating and maintaining enterprise IT architectures for military IT solutions.
  • You can prepare audience-appropriate presentations of enterprise IT architectures and advise our clients on selecting suitable solutions.
  • You will have the opportunity to take on project management and quality assurance responsibilities in complex IT projects and bring your experience and knowledge in your area of focus.
  • In Requirements Engineering, you will work with our clients to elicit specific requirements and translate them into the architecture of IT systems and services.
  • You contribute to the design and expansion of the existing requirements management systems and methodology.
  • You advise our clients on optimizing and digitizing requirements processes and tools.
  • In Quality Management, you can take responsibility for planning, coordinating and documenting implementations as well as the verification and validation of IT systems.
  • You independently evaluate new products and technologies, taking into account project-specific constraints.
  • You generally plan and conduct client workshops as well as (results) presentations on compelling topics.
  • Together with the team, you ensure sustainable documentation, open knowledge sharing and quality assurance of produced work results.

Requirements

  • You have a successfully completed degree (e.g., in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar) or vocational IT training.
  • You bring professional experience across various areas of IT consulting.
  • At least one of your areas of expertise aligns with our focus areas: Requirements Engineering, Quality Management, IT Architectures, Systems Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or Software Development.
  • You enjoy working with clients and support them as a neutral, motivating partner with an open mindset.
  • You are able to present complex issues tailored to your audience and express them clearly.
  • Ideally, you already hold certifications in your chosen focus area. We are happy to develop a certification plan with you.
  • You think analytically, are structured, work independently and are a true team player.
  • Excellent German and good English skills are a matter of course for you.
  • You are willing to undertake occasional business travel.
