About the role

  • Senior Sales Executive driving sales for customer experience solutions in Germany. Engaging with clients and managing end-to-end sales cycles alongside a diverse team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation & new business acquisition: You proactively approach potential customers, qualify leads and strategically develop target accounts.
  • Solution selling: Consulting on digital customer service solutions across voice, web, apps, chatbots and AI.
  • Opportunity management: Analyze customer requirements and identify optimization potential across CX processes.
  • Proposal & offer management: Prepare tailored proposals – taking into account technical feasibility, commercial constraints and individual customer requirements.
  • Sales cycle ownership: Manage the entire sales process – from strategy and negotiations through to successful closure.
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with customers and key accounts.
  • Team collaboration: Actively exchange knowledge with colleagues, share best practices and work together to achieve our sales targets.

Requirements

  • Passion for acquisition, customer retention and a strong closing focus
  • Proven experience in solution selling of complex IT or software solutions
  • Nice to have: experience with customer service solutions / contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys)
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Process-oriented thinking and argumentation, with solid technical understanding
  • Confident negotiator with awareness of commercial and legal aspects
  • Proactive, independent working style with a high degree of ownership
  • University degree (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management) or comparable qualification
  • Enjoy working in a team, coaching colleagues and contributing to mutual development
