Responsibilities
Lead generation & new business acquisition: You proactively approach potential customers, qualify leads and strategically develop target accounts.
Solution selling: Consulting on digital customer service solutions across voice, web, apps, chatbots and AI.
Opportunity management: Analyze customer requirements and identify optimization potential across CX processes.
Proposal & offer management: Prepare tailored proposals – taking into account technical feasibility, commercial constraints and individual customer requirements.
Sales cycle ownership: Manage the entire sales process – from strategy and negotiations through to successful closure.
Relationship management: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with customers and key accounts.
Team collaboration: Actively exchange knowledge with colleagues, share best practices and work together to achieve our sales targets.
Requirements
Passion for acquisition, customer retention and a strong closing focus
Proven experience in solution selling of complex IT or software solutions
Nice to have: experience with customer service solutions / contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys)
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Process-oriented thinking and argumentation, with solid technical understanding
Confident negotiator with awareness of commercial and legal aspects
Proactive, independent working style with a high degree of ownership
University degree (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management) or comparable qualification
Enjoy working in a team, coaching colleagues and contributing to mutual development
