Responsibilities
Shape product strategy: Develop and continuously maintain a market- and customer-centric product strategy, aligned with the technical vision of the Head of Software Solutions
Define the roadmap: Derive and continuously maintain a product- and market-oriented roadmap while the engineering team ensures implementation
Translate product ideas: Work closely with development and marketing to convert customer and market requirements into actionable product concepts — without technical leadership responsibility
Understand customers: Identify customer needs and conduct market, competitor and trend analyses
Scaling: Define priorities and provide recommendations to drive further product growth
Go-to-market execution: Create go-to-market concepts, user stories and acceptance criteria within an agile setup
Analysis: Use app analytics and user feedback for data-driven optimization
Ensure quality standards: Develop and maintain quality standards to ensure our apps remain consistent, reliable and user-friendly
Release planning: Develop and align detailed development plans for prototypes and final releases in close collaboration with the dev team
Pre-sales activities: Support demos, presales activities and customer communication to clearly convey the value of our products
Requirements
Several years of product management experience with digital products, ideally in apps, SaaS or integrations
Proven success in go-to-market, user growth or partner ecosystems
Strong understanding of mobile technologies, APIs and CX platforms
Ability to translate complex technical content into concrete market opportunities and product strategies
Self-driven work style and solution-oriented thinking
Confident presence, persuasive presentation skills and professional stakeholder management
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
