Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in project management, program management, or similar role
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with planning tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and facilitation abilities
- Experience working in cross-functional environments.
