Responsibilities
The Head of Product is responsible for leading IMS's product strategy, vision, and innovation, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
Focus on defining product direction, managing product lifecycle development, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver world-class telematics, mobility, and insurance technology solutions
Oversee a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, ensuring a customer-focused approach to product development and innovation
Define and communicate IMS's product vision, strategy, and long-term direction
Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to develop innovative solutions that meet market needs
Requirements
10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of defining and executing product strategies in SaaS, telematics, mobility, or insurance technology
Strong experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering successful B2B/B2B2C software products
Expertise in product requirement definition, user story creation, and product specification development
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using KPIs, customer insights, and market analysis to inform decisions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to C-suite executives.
