- Lead, implement, maintain and account for Factory Engineering requirement for NPI and sustaining products
- Bill of Material setup and maintenance for engineering changes
- Tooling and fixture supports to improve productivity and Quality
- Timely involvement in daily production activities to ensure product failures are resolved timely
- Recommend and support ad-hoc and long term measures to meet Server delivery timeline
- Assure quality products
- Interface with Quality, Product Engineering, Test Engineering and other functional teams
- Participate in design of manufacturing processes
- Participation in improvement projects on factory processes and systems to improve TAT delivery performances
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics and other related Engineering disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
