Responsibilities
Develop automated GUI tests using Python for a pioneering laser system in medical technology.
Build and extend the underlying test frameworks.
Verify specified requirements and specifications using automated tests.
Where applicable, execute individual test cases directly on the device in the laboratory.
Report findings in the bug tracking system and document in English.
Collaborate with our skilled development team following agile methodologies and maintain close communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
Proficient with at least one programming language such as Python, C#, Java or C++.
Ideally experience with Jira (project management, bug tracking), version control with SVN, and test automation tools such as Squish.
Team player with strong self-motivation and a responsible working style.
Business‑fluent German (at least C1) for internal communication and very good English for documentation.
