Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and leads training activities
  • Engages with Quality Teams to review quality issues
  • Implements new training programs
  • Conducts training in assembly, inspection, testing and repair
  • Develops training packages for production equipment
  • Tests and audits trained operators
  • Maintains training database and records

Requirements

  • Four to six years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Ability to coordinate training activities
  • Strong skills to measure effectiveness of training
  • Solid presentation and training skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Knowledge of computer applications (e.g., Word, Excel)
  • Ability to maintain detailed accurate and organized records
  • High school diploma and additional courses after high school, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
