About the role

  • Manager responsible for planning and inventory processes at Celestica, collaborating with teams to manage material shortages and ensure timely delivery of customer requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the planning and inventory processes at the site
  • Manage material shortages and ensure timely demand management
  • Collaborate with various teams to achieve inventory targets
  • Perform financial impact analysis to mitigate inventory risk
  • Lead team in maintaining continuous material supply and execute SIOP process
  • Ensure proper training and performance management within the SCM team
  • Collaborate with customers to meet forecast commitments
  • Manage annual physical inventory and site surplus processes

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Materials Management, Engineering or related field
  • Broad knowledge of electronic manufacturing environment, materials and processes
  • In-depth knowledge of global supply chain management, distribution methods, and inventory management
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • ERP System logic understanding
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Basic statistical analysis applied to supply chain
  • Ability to manage and lead a diverse group of employees
