Requirements
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience, preferably in case management, care coordination, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, member care standards, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and care management software.
Relevant experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree or equivalent (preferred).
Certification in Case Management (CCM) or Accredited Case Manager (ACM) credential (preferred).
Experience working with diverse member populations and chronic disease management (preferred).
Advanced degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or related discipline (preferred).
Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies and population health management (preferred).
