Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution with an active, unrestricted, Florida license.
A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
Previous experience within a health plan or managed care organization.
Relevant experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field (preferred).
Familiarity with value-based care models and population health management (preferred).
Experience in clinical quality improvement initiatives (preferred).
Strong understanding of health care regulations and compliance requirements (preferred).
