Requirements
- Technical background in Drupal, DNN, .NET, SharePoint, and K2, combined with project management knowledge;
- Lead IT projects and manage services, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and service levels (SLAs);
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project and service management, with experience using Jira and EasyVista;
- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams and efficiently resolve complex issues;
- Proven experience coordinating the delivery of technology solutions, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budgets are met;
- Strong systems and process analysis skills, including the ability to identify issues and implement effective technical solutions;
- Experience across different business areas and an understanding of how IT supports business processes;
- Professional with technical background and proficiency while leading IT projects and services;
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent;
- Relevant certifications are considered a plus;
- Portuguese fluent (spoken and written – essential);
- English fluent (spoken and written – essential).
