Responsibilities

  • lead data driven transformation

  • drive continuous improvement and identify new opportunities for value creation
  • collaborate with various teams to enhance business performance
  • create and deploy a single IGD Data Strategy
  • design a program to drive data literacy across the organization
  • champion a data led approach and inspire high performance

Requirements

  • extensive experience of developing & deploying effective data models in a Microsoft environment
  • experience optimizing KPIs using Power BI reporting and dashboards
  • delivering excellent reporting and insight around financial, operational and client engagement data
  • ability to communicate, engage and adapt approach with various stakeholders including senior leaders
  • curiosity and agility to solve problems
