About the role

  • Area Director overseeing clinical quality for BCBAs at Golden Steps ABA. Leading team, mentoring, and ensuring client satisfaction in Boston location.

Responsibilities

  • responsible for the daily oversight of clinical quality for their Supervising Clinicians (BCBAs) team
  • lead, direct, supervise, and implement clinical initiatives and programs
  • provide mentorship and professional development for their team
  • assist team in overcoming challenges and answering questions
  • conduct weekly one on ones to review performance metrics and client files
  • conduct quarterly fidelity assessments to drive quality and consistency throughout the organization
  • ensure clients and parents are engaged and completely satisfied with services provided
  • conduct monthly case reviews of team members' clients to ensure appropriate progress
  • communicate with potential candidates seeking employment opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • BCBA
  • Masters Level degree
  • Current BCBA certificate through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • 2+ years as a BCBA
  • experience with multimodal communication systems (AAC devices, modified signs, picture exchange systems)
  • familiarity with using the VBMAPP, ABLLS, Essentials for Living, PEAK
  • knowledge of Skill based treatment
  • Previous experience in managing others and leading a team.
