Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely, cost-effective procurement of goods and services to support business operations
  • Execute purchase requisitions accurately while adhering to procurement policies and compliance standards
  • Drive cost savings through smart sourcing, supplier negotiations, and value-based buying decisions
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations
  • Act as a reliable procurement partner to internal stakeholders by providing clear updates on order status
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of buying processes and procurement efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar procurement role within supply chain or operations
  • Strong understanding of vendor sourcing, supplier evaluation, and market dynamics
  • Effective negotiation skills with the ability to secure best pricing and contract terms
  • Ability to analyze market trends, budgets, and cost structures to support informed buying decisions
  • Strong coordination skills to work closely with inventory, warehouse, finance, and management teams
  • Comfortable using procurement systems, purchasing software, and MS Office tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
