About the role

Responsibilities
- Monitor the results of the Individual (Retail) Banking segment and support the implementation of actions to achieve related targets.
- Perform data analyses of the segment’s results and contribute to the development of action plans based on strategic guidelines.
- Support analyses and provide accurate information to maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders across segments.
- Prepare reports and presentations to support strategic, tactical, and operational discussions.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to provide insights into opportunities and threats to the segment.
- Assist with data analyses and support the team in identifying and mitigating risks.
- Support analyses and communication plans for results and insights from mapping the member/customer journey.
Requirements
- Proficiency in programming languages (SQL / Python);
- Experience in performance/result management and creating KPIs/indicators;
- Bachelor’s degree completed;
- Analytical thinking;
- Curiosity, proactivity in learning new things, and ambition to take on new challenges;
- Knowledge of banking products and services;
- Strong communication skills, ability to coordinate, and influence;
