About the role

Responsibilities
- Plan, lead and follow up on weekly Materials Planning meetings (parts and components), analyzing supply risks, inventory variances and impacts on demand fulfillment, and defining corrective actions.
- Plan materials, parts and kits, ensuring the availability of items required to meet operational and project demand.
- Analyze, plan and negotiate delivery lead times for materials and parts, considering supplier capacity, lead time and operational impact.
- Act as the Materials Planning focal point interfacing with Purchasing/Procurement, Production and S&OP, ensuring alignment between demand, supply and inventory.
- Maintain, update and improve management reports for materials planning and inventory, supporting decision-making.
- Manage in detail the inventory of parts and components under your responsibility, monitoring risks of stockouts, excess inventory, obsolescence and unauthorized movements.
- Monitor and control partnerships and component supply, ensuring adherence to the plan and agreed delivery schedules.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of materials planning processes by proposing adjustments, standardizations and flow optimizations.
- Comply with the Quality Policy, internal standards and procedures, and safety, accident prevention and environmental risk practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP (SAP system - PP module).
- Experience with Power BI.
- Experience in Materials Management.
