Develop and run automated test scripts and evaluate results.
Perform root-cause analysis on issues and defects and work towards developing solutions.
Work directly with project teams to effectively communicate and prioritize known issues and defects.
Maintain libraries of application requirements, specifications, test cases, defect logs, and test results.
Perform regression testing on existing applications.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business partners, ensuring that proper UAT is performed.
Collaborate with IEHP System Security Administrator to ensure that security standards are followed, and that PHI data is not at risk of being compromised.
Develop and maintain user instructions, operational instructions, process documentation, and program documentation according to IT group standards.
Develop SQL reports as needed to investigate data-related issues.
Work directly with external vendors and services providers to ensure quality deliverables.
Perform any other duties as required to ensure Health Plan operations and department business needs are successful.
Requirements
Three plus (3+) years of IT Quality Assurance experience
Experience with requirements development and documentation, and direct experience leading IT QA efforts
Experience with data validation and ETL processes testing
Experience with API testing tools such as SOAPUI, Postman API Testing Experience
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Prior development or automation experience using functional Automation tools like Selenium, UTP etc
API testing using Automation tools
Development Experience a plus

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related technical field from an accredited institution required
In lieu of the required degree, a minimum of four (4) years of additional relevant work experience is required for this position. This experience is in addition to the minimum years listed in the Experience Requirements above
