About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead agile squads, ensuring sprint efficiency and removing impediments.
- Plan and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (planning, review, daily stand-ups and retrospective).
- Prioritize the backlog based on metrics and strategic objectives.
- Manage digital projects, ensuring deliverables are aligned with business KPIs.
- Optimize delivery flow and visibility using project management and task-tracking tools.
- Promote collaboration, continuous improvement and data-driven decision making within teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in agile project management (Scrum/Kanban).
- Previous experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master.
- Knowledge of agile metrics (lead time, throughput, burndown, etc.).
- Experience defining backlog, roadmaps and executive reports.
- Experience with management tools such as Jira Software, Confluence or similar.
- Strong communication skills and ability to align multiple stakeholders.
- Desirable: Experience with digital products in banks and fintechs is a plus.
- Experience in digital projects focused on innovation and new product development.
- Knowledge of agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify Model).
- Experience integrating cross-functional teams and working in complex environments.
