About the role

• Lead the BI operations at iD\TBWA, merging technology and strategy to drive performance. Responsible for analytical excellence and data governance as a team reference.

Responsibilities

• Lead one of the BI teams, fostering technical development, strategic use of data and the application of AI solutions;
• Manage, review and evolve analyses, dashboards and performance reports, incorporating automations and predictive insights;
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal teams, connecting business needs with data- and AI-driven solutions;
• Plan team allocation and organization, ensuring productivity, quality, deadlines and continuous technical growth;
• Implement measurement processes, data automation, AI usage and information governance;
• Ensure consistency, reliability and scalability of information extracted from different sources (Google Analytics, media platforms, APIs, databases, etc.);
• Identify opportunities to apply AI for optimizing analyses, performance, predictive modeling and operational efficiency;
• Participate in planning rituals, contributing BI, data and AI perspectives to the project roadmap and opportunity pipeline.

Requirements

• Proven experience in BI, data and digital performance;
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets and SQL;
• Knowledge of digital media and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and DV360;
• Experience with data integration via APIs and automation tools (e.g., Supermetrics, Firebase);
• Practical experience applying AI or machine learning in data contexts, analytics, automation or performance optimization;
• Ability to design data governance processes and support the technical development of teams;
• Familiarity with cloud environments and Big Data concepts (e.g., BigQuery);
