About the role

  • Integration Manager leading M&A integrations and strategic partnerships for a major online pharmacy. Overseeing transformation projects that deliver meaningful value and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Leading all phases of the M&A lifecycle, from due diligence through post-merger integration.
  • Defining integration strategies, success metrics, and alignment to the Target Operating Model.
  • Identifying synergies, risks, and operational challenges, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Leading cross-functional teams and ensure clear decision-making pathways.
  • Developing and overseeing integration timelines, milestones, and governance structures.
  • Producing board-ready reports, dashboards, and updates for Steering Groups.
  • Driving change management and communication strategies to support integration.
  • Ensuring knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational readiness for day 1 and beyond.
  • Providing hands-on delivery support where required to unblock progress.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading M&A integrations or major transformation programmes.
  • Strong project and portfolio management capability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in regulated or healthcare environments is desirable.
  • A strategic thinker with strong delivery focus.
  • Able to challenge constructively and guide teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, including at ELT/SLT level.
  • Familiarity with OKRs, governance frameworks, and structured delivery methodologies.
