Responsibilities
Develop and implement tailored change management strategies for projects and programmes
Lead change activities to drive faster adoption, higher utilisation, and greater proficiency
Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, coaching leaders and frontline managers
Create actionable plans including communications, training, and resistance management
Monitor readiness, track success metrics, and manage risks to ensure smooth delivery
Collaborate with project teams and change specialists to embed best practice and evolve enterprise change capability
Support a culture of continuous improvement in health and safety
Requirements
Prosci Change Management Practitioner or CMI qualification (or equivalent)
