About the role
- Intern in Pre-Sales at Teltec Solutions supporting technical documentation and client interactions. Analyzing competitive solutions and assisting the sales cycle in private and public sectors.
Responsibilities
- Support in the standardization of technical documentation;
- Comparative and competitive analysis of solutions from different vendors;
- Support pre-sales activities by conducting technical research requested by the pre-sales team;
- Attend and assist with technical/commercial visits;
- Support demonstrations and customer presentations;
- Monitor the sales cycle for projects in both the public and private sectors.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Network Communication Engineering, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Technical knowledge of networks (routers, switches, wireless, etc.);
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite;
- Knowledge of prompt engineering.
- It will be a plus if you:
- Have technical knowledge in security (firewalls, etc.);
- Hold technical certifications from technology vendors/manufacturers;
- Have an intermediate level of English (reading and writing);
- Have prior experience working in technology companies.
