About the role

Requirements

- 2+ years people management experience
- Certifications such as PMP/PgMP, Agile (SAFe/CSM), Prosci, Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt).
- Proven track record leading multi-year, cross-functional transformation projects with quantified benefits and KPI attainment.
- Expertise in portfolio governance, benefits realization, KPI/OKR design, and executive stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with delivery toolsets (e.g., Microsoft Project/Planner, Power BI, Azure DevOps/Jira, Mural/Miro, Teams).
- Skilled in applying AI tools for process automation, predictive analytics, and workflow optimization.
- Experience in diversified, matrixed organizations (public sector or commercial).
- Experience successfully leading enterprise-wide software transformation initiatives.
