Responsibilities
Conduct gap analyses, process mapping, and impact assessments and prepare high-quality deliverables
Convert business needs into comprehensive deliverables, including detailed requirements or user stories. This process may involve creating process flows, business & functional specifications, UAT scenarios and user guides as needed to fully articulate the requirements
Support the design and rollout of new platforms and process improvements for various banking clients (e.g. operating in the industry of wealth management, card payments & the broader banking industry)
Analyze data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for process optimization
Assist in the design, development and implementation of systems and software solutions
Conduct workflow analysis, evaluating system gaps and recommending improvements
Provide support during the execution phase of projects to ensure that solutions delivered meet the previously defined requirements
Work closely and communicate effectively with business and technology stakeholders at all levels, to gather, analyze, and document requirements
Requirements
Two (2) to five (5) years of hands‑on Business Analysis experience in Financial Services - ideally across Banking, Asset & Wealth Management, or Card Payments
Experience in business process design and business requirements documentation / user stories development
Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
Excellent skills on planning, strong oral and written communication skills in Greek and English
Passion to work in multidisciplinary teams and projects
Creativity and analytical thinking to solve complex problems
