About the role

  • Business Analyst role supporting high-impact financial services projects in Greece. Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze data and streamline banking processes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct gap analyses, process mapping, and impact assessments and prepare high-quality deliverables
  • Convert business needs into comprehensive deliverables, including detailed requirements or user stories. This process may involve creating process flows, business & functional specifications, UAT scenarios and user guides as needed to fully articulate the requirements
  • Support the design and rollout of new platforms and process improvements for various banking clients (e.g. operating in the industry of wealth management, card payments & the broader banking industry)
  • Analyze data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for process optimization
  • Assist in the design, development and implementation of systems and software solutions
  • Conduct workflow analysis, evaluating system gaps and recommending improvements
  • Provide support during the execution phase of projects to ensure that solutions delivered meet the previously defined requirements
  • Work closely and communicate effectively with business and technology stakeholders at all levels, to gather, analyze, and document requirements

Requirements

  • Two (2) to five (5) years of hands‑on Business Analysis experience in Financial Services - ideally across Banking, Asset & Wealth Management, or Card Payments
  • Experience in business process design and business requirements documentation / user stories development
  • Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Excellent skills on planning, strong oral and written communication skills in Greek and English
  • Passion to work in multidisciplinary teams and projects
  • Creativity and analytical thinking to solve complex problems
  • Commitment to continuous learning, with the curiosity and drive to stay ahead of emerging trends in Financial Services
  • Self-motivation, Commitment to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships
