Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Senior Engineers to deliver high-quality network designs and programmes.

Drive innovation by introducing new technologies and solutions, supported by cost-benefit analysis.
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety legislation.
Oversee contractor engagement and programme delivery without compromising safety or quality.
Contribute to long-term network planning and regulatory performance targets.
Requirements
Engineering or project/programme management background within the utilities, energy, or construction sectors.
Proven experience managing, motivating, and developing teams to deliver business outputs.
Strong project/programme management skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives.
Knowledge of the regulatory environment, including output and incentive mechanisms.
Ability to manage competing priorities using sound engineering and financial judgment.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills at all levels.
Commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer service, efficient network design, and maximum return on investment.
