About the role
- Senior Training & Curriculum Design Specialist building and delivering impactful training programs for wealth advisors. Collaborating on curriculum design and enhancing learning outcomes in a bilingual setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess, design, and implement engaging training programs for advisors and clients
- Collaborate with business partners and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions
- Develop written and visual training content for digital projects and initiatives
- Maintain and update the training content library
- Gather feedback from internal teams and advisors to monitor and improve training effectiveness
- Support the delivery of live and recorded training sessions
- Partner with Marketing to develop multimedia training content
- Oversee the design of training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
Requirements
- Proficiency in both English and French – speaking, reading and writing – is required
- Obtained Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, or a related field (ideally)
- Demonstrated 7+ years of training and instructional design experience, with at least 2 years in investment or wealth management
- Mastered interpersonal skills and has the ability to liaise effectively at all levels
- Demonstrated proven ability to apply expertise and creative thinking to unique or ambiguous situations
- Has some familiarity with digital learning platforms (e.g., Articulate Rise)
