Requirements
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field;
- Has 5 to 7 years of experience in risk management, ideally in the financial services sector;
- Is recognized for deep expertise in operational and regulatory risk management;
- Demonstrates strong proficiency with analytical tools (Power BI, SQL, AI) and data governance practices;
- Possesses solid leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment;
- Is known for adaptability, autonomy, and curiosity;
- Has an advanced level of English, as the role requires writing strategic reports and collaborating regularly with English-speaking external partners.
