Responsibilities
Participate in the development, coordinate, and execute go-to-market plans in accordance with established timelines and to achieve business objectives defined by marketing strategists and management
Manage the creation, execution, and production follow-up of promotional and informational materials and communication tools
Create innovative promotional materials tailored to the needs of clients and advisors
Support creative contributors in completing project-specific tasks and ensure that assigned briefs are clear and well understood
Oversee the development of various tools on our platforms to support marketing strategies and ensure dissemination to diverse client segments and distribution networks
Supervise the graphic production of advertising materials and ensure the quality of deliverables throughout the approval process
Continuously participate in data collection and analysis for performance reviews of initiatives
Work closely with product and business solutions teams to highlight our products and tools
Increase iA's brand awareness among advisors and clients
Contribute to improving the advisor and client experience
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience and a bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
Demonstrated knowledge of one or more of the following tools: HubSpot or other mass email platforms, Power BI, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.)
Experience in a communications or advertising agency, marketing team, or a similar role
Advanced proficiency in English, as the role requires daily drafting, communication, and presentation of marketing plans to internal and external partners across Canada
