- Contribute to the integration of AI tools and advanced analytics to improve operational efficiency and strengthen data quality.
- Collaborate on financial transformation initiatives (data flow optimization, automated controls, basic predictive analyses, support for AI-related projects).
- Participate in year‑end audit activities by preparing the required documentation and responding to auditor requests.
- Collaborate closely with internal partners through a solution‑oriented approach.
- Act as a backup resource for certain key tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Holds a college diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or any other relevant field
- Has at least 5 years of experience in accounting analysis, financial analysis, or a related field
- Is recognized for strong technical abilities with ERP systems, advanced Excel, analytics, automation and/or AI tools
- Stands out for analytical strength, critical thinking, and natural curiosity for improving processes
- Demonstrates strong professional judgment, rigor, and the ability to propose innovative ideas
- Intermediate knowledge of the English language is required
