About the role
- Production Control Process Control Assistant Manager at Hyundai Motor Group's EV plant. Lead production planning and implementation in a cutting-edge manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
- Develop and modify production plans.
- Implement plans through monitoring and controlling the production process.
- Leads analysis of demand developments, forecasting and planning of production.
- Leads the control of progress, and the initiation of action when necessary.
- Develop daily or weekly production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.
- Establish mid- & long-term production plan reflecting production capacity and constraints.
- Inform relevant departments of production plan changes and update documents accordingly.
- Prepare status/performance reports and resolve production issues.
- Regularly communicate with other production departments for information sharing.
- Meet all other requirements as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering major preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications
- Advanced degree in a related field preferred
- Years of experience from Automotive industry strongly preferred
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
- Domestic / International travel required.
