About the role

  • Assistant Manager managing facilities engineering functions including maintenance and repair of equipment in automotive manufacturing. Leading teams and ensuring adherence to safety and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the management of facilities engineering functions including improvement, maintenance, and repair of onsite facility equipment and buildings maintenance.
  • Manage teams to support facility operating systems and buildings.
  • Oversee preventative maintenance plans and schedules to avoid downtime.
  • Develop, monitor, and control annual budget usage and cost objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
  • 5 – 10 years of job related experience preferred
  • Skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • SAP desired
  • Autoway desired
