Responsibilities
Responsible for the management of facilities engineering functions including improvement, maintenance, and repair of onsite facility equipment and buildings maintenance.
Manage teams to support facility operating systems and buildings.
Oversee preventative maintenance plans and schedules to avoid downtime.
Develop, monitor, and control annual budget usage and cost objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
5 – 10 years of job related experience preferred
