About the role

  • Technical Programme Manager at hyperexponential orchestrating complex projects to drive product launches and scale. Ensuring comprehensive alignment across diverse teams to propel growth and deliver value.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the delivery of high-impact, multi-team initiatives, ensuring clear sequencing, aligned dependencies, and predictable progress.
  • Track and unblock cross-team deliverables, maintaining initiative trackers and delivery artefacts to enable PMs to focus on discovery and strategy.
  • Lead structured rollout strategies for major features and market launches, preparing internal teams and customers for each stage with the right communications and collateral.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment by providing clear, calm, and structured updates on delivery health, surfacing risks and decisions early to maintain momentum.
  • Maintain a joined-up view of risks, dependencies, and issues across complex initiatives, defining mitigation paths and escalation routes with Engineering Managers and Product Managers.
  • Establish and continuously improve scalable delivery processes, templates, and standards, proactively resolving operational gaps in partnership with other teams.

Requirements

  • Delivered complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments, ideally within technology, SaaS, or insurance sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in orchestrating multi-team initiatives, aligning sequencing and dependencies to achieve predictable outcomes.
  • Built and maintained delivery artefacts and trackers that drive clarity and accountability across teams.
  • Led structured rollout strategies for new products or features, ensuring readiness across internal and customer-facing teams.
  • Proactively identified and managed risks, dependencies, and blockers, coordinating effective mitigation plans.
  • Fostered strong relationships across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams, using clear communication to drive alignment and action.
