- Drive the AI organisation’s shift from early wins to repeatable scale, helping take agents from zero-to-one prototypes into robust, production-ready systems.
- Create clear communication and planning systems so teams always understand priorities, ownership, progress, and next steps.
- Coordinate cross-team execution across Research, Agents, and AI Platform, surfacing dependencies early and keeping delivery tightly aligned.
- Design and embed operational frameworks that support both research exploration and the software development lifecycle, giving teams a consistent rhythm for planning, experimentation, and delivery.
- Structure research paths and decision points by defining success signals and guiding transitions from exploration into focused build efforts.
- Identify risks early and instil the habits, processes, and rituals that reduce ambiguity, maintain momentum, and enable high-value delivery across the organisation.
