Use audience insights and market trends to create campaigns that connect with target segments, improve fan/customer experience, and increase brand loyalty
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics; use data to refine strategies, optimize conversion rates, and maximize ROI
Develop engaging content and digital assets for email, web, advertising, webinars, and social platforms
Ensure consistent user journeys and experiences from initial prospect engagement to ongoing customer nurture
Oversee campaign budgets, timelines, and resources for efficient execution
Support channel/reseller marketing and partner initiatives as needed
Requirements
2-5 years in B2B SaaS or technology marketing, with hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns globally
Proven success driving both new business and customer expansion/up-sell programs
Strong understanding of customer journey, segmentation, and fan/community engagement best practices
Data-driven approach to campaign analysis and optimization
Exceptional cross-functional teamwork and project management skills
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.), and analytics tools
