About the role

  • Field Sales Manager leading the sales of electronic components in Nord-Ost-Deutschland. Responsible for customer acquisition and project coordination within a growing distribution company.

Responsibilities

  • Sell and promote the full product portfolio
  • Strategic focus on acquiring new customers for the standard product portfolio and system solutions
  • Expand and maintain existing customer relationships
  • Identify customer product requirements
  • Coordinate and manage project activities across functions in collaboration with R&D and product management
  • Report sales figures and forecast planning to Sales Management
  • Monitor market and technology trends
  • Represent the company at trade shows

Requirements

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in consultative, high-touch sales
  • Confident presentation skills
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
  • Team player with initiative and the ability to work independently
