  • Global Reward Manager at Husqvarna Group leading global benefits and pension strategies. Responsible for analytics, governance, and compliance with EU pay transparency

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global roll-out of the AON agreement and manage annual renewal cycles
  • Conduct benchmarking and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Drive advanced reward analytics including KPI frameworks, cost modelling, and STI/LTI scenario simulations
  • Prepare reward insights and decision material for Group Management and the People Committee

Requirements

  • Extensive experience within global Total Rewards
  • Strong technical depth in benefits, pensions, and incentive structures (STI/LTI)
  • Solid experience in financial modelling and reward analytics
  • Experience supporting executive remuneration and governance processes
  • Strong project management capability in complex, multi-country environments
