Responsibilities

  • Support execution of strategic initiatives and deliverables
  • Partner on special projects including innovation projects and post-M&A integration
  • Support productivity of leadership team meetings
  • Track and manage open operations items for Digital leadership
  • Support Digital capability communications
  • Ensure alignment in decision-making and priorities
  • Support execution of leadership summits
  • Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis
  • Develop high-impact content for internal and external purposes

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Experience in planning, organizing and directing the completion of projects
  • Extreme attention to detail and ability to handle multiple activities
  • Successful track record of working effectively in both individual and team settings
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships of trust
  • Skilled in adapting communication style to different stakeholders
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and impeccable character
